You will have everything you need to make you feel like home, cooking your favorite meal and enjoying them with good company.
The bathroom is modern and brand new. It has a shower stall, a toilet, a bidet, and a bathroom sink. There is an extra washbowl outside the bathroom.
A washing machine, a hair dryer, hand towels, body towels, extra sheets, shampoo, shower gel, and soap are available for your accessibility.
To ensure your comfort and entertainment, we have installed heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, heater, and a 52-inch television.
The apartment is situated at the 2nd Floor ( with elevator), in a historical building, right at the corner of The Duomo. The entire apartment is a non smoking.
I don't live in the apartment, but in another building in the same street. So I will be available for any issue or problem my guests could have inside or outside the apartment.

Few important things:
• The check in is available from 15:00 till 22:00 . i will be myself available for check in . After that time, between 23:00 and 1:00 am there will be an extra cost of 30 Euro for an external person to complete your check in.
• The Check out is anytime before 10:00 am. Just leave the key in the apartment and be sure you collect all your belongings before you close the main door.
• It’s strictly forbidden to smoke in that apartment.
• It’s not allowed to host external persons without authorization and registration.
• It’s absolutely forbidden by the Italian law to make noise or disturb the neighbors after 23:00 . They could call the Police and get you into troubles. Please respect.
• Turn off the Air condition, lights and close the windows when you leave the apartment.
• Luggage storage on check-out day: 10,00 to 15,00 €*
We offer you the possibility to leave your luggage in the apartment on the morning of the check-out (anytime before 10:00 am), in case you plan on leaving Florence later in the afternoon/evening. We will take care of moving your bags safely to our office where you will be able to collect them at a pre-arranged time.
We charge:
10,00 € for a maximum of 2 pieces
15,00 € as a single payment for all your luggage (3 pieces or more)
