This iconic chocolate empire situated at the north end of Smith Street (voted coolest street globally by TIMEOUT 2021), which is now the heart of the gay district, with several gay pubs, venues and saunas within easy walking distance. The CBD is just a 20 minute walk across the hip Fitzroy district, great access to trams just a minute away. Also away from the main street, nice and quiet.
Located on the first floor, our unique apartment is converted from the two story factory warehouse, featuring original brickwork, double sided fire place, large open plan living area and a balcony with BBQ.
Your mezzanine bedroom comes with a double bed, private toilet and a view of the whole apartment. NOTE: the mezzanine sleeping area is open plan over the common shared living space so not completely private.
We have two friendly cats.
Long term street parking available, with our visitor parking permit.
