Flo's Old Seattle Lookout is located in the very southern most tip of Magnolia, closest to downtown Seattle. This home is in a private, residential setting. Please be considerate of neighbors on either side as they, too, are very kind, considerate people.
Flo's Old Seattle Lookout is centrally located to Downtown, Belltown, Magnolia, Queen Anne, Ballard, and Fremont. By car, each of these neighborhoods is at most 10 minutes away.
Seattle Metro Bus Routes 31 and 33 are a short walk through Thorndyke Park. Route 31 takes you to Downtown Magnolia in just a few stops and will take you to SPU, Fremont, Wallingford, the University District, and all the way to Seattle Children's Hospital in the Laurelhurst community. Route 33 runs north/south and takes you to Discovery Park in Northern Magnolia and Belltown and Downtown to the south.
For the urban biker, you are minutes to the waterfront via the Magnolia Bridge. The Elliott Bay Trail will take you through newly landscaped waterfront, past Expedia's Campus, through Centennial and Myrtle Edwards Parks, to the world-renowned Olympic Sculpture Park, and into Downtown Seattle and Pike's Place Market. Or bike north to the Burke-Gilman Trail all the way to Gasworks Park and beyond!
Or to unwind after a productive day of sight-seeing, take a stroll through the beautiful Magnolia neighborhood, past manicured lawns and view homes along Magnolia Boulevard. You can walk Magnolia Way W all along the perimeter of the Magnolia neighborhood for some amazing views of Puget Sound, Bainbridge Island, and the Olympic Mountains.

• Please respect check-in/out times and check-out procedures.
• Please refrain from using the 3 fireplaces as they are inoperable.
• Please do not share your personalized access code with unregistered guests.
• No illegal substances or activities allowed.
• No smoking anywhere in or immediately outside of this home.
• No pets allowed.
• Water is a scarce resource, so please be considerate. Check to make sure faucets are completely turned off and toilet flushings are operational.
• Any damage caused to this home or furnishings will result in loss of security deposit. If cost of repairs exceeds the deposit, you will be liable to pay.
NOISE & PARTY POLICY
Flo’s Old Seattle Lookout is in a VERY quiet, residential neighborhood, and sound travels very easily, especially to the neighbors immediately next door. This is especially true while guests are on the back deck, so here are some rules and expectations to keep in mind:
• Parties and large gatherings are strictly forbidden.
• Quiet hours are from dusk until dawn, or 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM during the summer months of June, July, and August.
• Stereos, speakers, or sound systems are not allowed outside. This includes the driveway, front yard, back yard, back deck, and patio area.
• Failure to follow party and noise level policy will result in a $400 fine, or your security deposit will be kept by the owner and in accordance with ******** policy.
• Next door neighbors will monitor noise level and will notify the owners when the expectations listed are being neglected.
