The room is located in the loft space and comes equipped with a very comfortable queen bed, a small futon, a desk, and closet space - not to mention the best views of the mountains in the apartment. As it is a loft, it is only semi-private, but you cannot see into the loft from any of the common spaces.

Conveniently located in the up-and-coming Midtown/Encanto area, there is plenty of places to check out in either Midtown or downtown (less than 5 minutes away by car or light rail).

Building amenities include a pool, hot tub, gym, spin/yoga room, and a dog park for the furry friends.

I do work from home but try to give my guests as much space as possible. Fully vaccinated as well. Come make yourself at home!
