Hi there! We are two young professionals renting our spare room in our beautiful home :)
Location: 2 and 4 min walking distance from three major metro lines (2, 5 and 6), two blocks away from Alcalá Street and several shops like supermarkets, gyms, pharmacies and banks.
Flat: big 95m2 flat, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with smart TV and 2 bathrooms (though you will only share it with one!)
Room: double bed with big street view window, wardrobe and two little tables.
You will have a towel and lining for your staying and of course we will tell yo the best tips for Madrid! :) Please dont hesitate to ask us anything! Very friendly and international atmosphere here and hope we can meet soon!
Hola! Somos dos jóvenes profesionales y estamos alquilando nuestra habitación extra en nuestro hogar :)
Ubicación: a 2 y 4 minutos de 3 lineas de metro (2, 3 y 6), a dos de Alcalá, con supermercados, farmacias, gimnasios, bancos y tiendas a metros de distancia.
Piso: piso espacioso de 95m2 reformado, con una cocina totalmente equipada, salón con smartTV y dos baños (aunque sólo compartirás con una persona!).
Habitación: cama doble con vista a la calle, amplio armario, mesita de noche y una mesa para estudios.
Cualquier duda que tengas no dudes en preguntar! Tenemos un ambiente muy amigable en el piso y esperamos te guste!
