This is the perfect space to prepare and enjoy family meals while taking in the views of Lake George and Tongue Mountain! Also on the first floor, a laundry room and half bath. The second floor is where all the bedrooms are located. The first bedroom has twin bunk beds, a trundle twin, and a pullout sleeper chair. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom across the hall. The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached master bath with a large jacuzzi tub. Nestle in and enjoy the lake views from every bedroom!

Enjoy the outdoors in our newly added Hot Tub and take in the views on the wrap-around deck with an attached screened-in porch. There is also a BBQ grill for all of your outdoor cooking needs. Warm-up or roast some marshmallows around the fire pit. Just a half-mile down the road, this home has lake access and dock space for a 20’ boat, bring your own or ask us where to rent one. This home is pet friendly, bring along your four-legged friend, for a small fee. This home is conveniently located right outside the Village of Bolton Landing.
