Our apartment is very well located in the Grand Canal Dock area, a modern, safe and thriving area of Dublin.
The residence is recent and the flat was refurbished (paints and floor) 4 years ago.
Large windows in all rooms give the place a lot of light - facing west, the sun won't bother you if you want to sleep in the morning and you can enjoy the sun (if any!) on the balcony after midday until sunset.
The first bedroom is en-suite and has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The main bathroom has a bathtub and toilet as well.
