The first room with a nice view on a quiet garden, is provided with a double bed (new and confortable mattress ), a desk, wardrobe, free unlimited wifi connection and a sunny green balcony with plants and a little table to dinner outside. The second double room ( the one in the main photo ), is in a modern style like the other, just a little bigger but without the balcony.
The Lounge Area offers a comfortable sofa in front of the Tv.
The apartment is fully furnished with washing machine, oven and microwave, brand new Tv, brand new furniture everywhere, new bathroom with a big shower.

The Gay area is easy to reach till late with the tram number 5 very close to the apartment, A market and a big supermarket, a big Gym, pharmacy, many pizzeria and bakery shops, bars, restaurants etc… in the surroundings.
