COVID-19:
Dear customers, according to DECREE LAW 17/2020, of October 29, of extraordinary measures in tourism to face the effects of the health and economic crisis produced by the pandemic caused by COVID-1, we inform you of the conditions in its Sole Article :
1.- To access tourist accommodation establishments in the Canary Islands, it will be necessary for tourist users over six years of age, who do not come from the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, to demonstrate the completion, within a maximum period of 72 hours prior to their arrival, of the active infection diagnostic test established by the health authorities and that proves that the tourist user has not tested positive as a COVID-19 transmitter.
2.- Prior to the formalization of the reservation or contracting of tourist accommodation services in any of the tourist establishments in the Canary Islands, it will be reported that the conditions of access to it include that of accrediting the completion of the aforementioned test diagnosis.
3.- The access condition referred to in the first paragraph will not apply to whoever proves the condition of resident in the Canary Islands, and declares under their responsibility that they have not left the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands within 15 days prior to his arrival at the establishment and that also in that period he has not had symptoms compatible with COVID-19.
Nor will it be necessary to demonstrate that the aforementioned diagnostic test has been carried out for non-residents who prove through their travel document that they have stayed in the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands the 15 days prior to the date of access to the tourist accommodation establishment, and who also declare under their responsibility that in said period they have not had symptoms compatible with COVID-19.
Said declaration will be completed and signed when the keys are handed over.
4.- The tourist accommodation establishment may deny access to the person who does not comply with the conditions that apply in accordance with sections 1 and 3.
5.- Customers are informed that they must download and keep active during their stay on the islands, as well as the 15 days immediately after their return to their place of origin, the Radar Covid contagion alert mobile application.
