I offer a room (in my private appartement) for Bed&Breakfast.
It is centrally located just a minute from the Sendlinger Tor.
The room has 14sqm, is bright and lays towards an inner courtyard. It has a queensized bed (1,4m wide), a huge (dinning)table and a sideboard. You can serve yourself in the morning and inbetween with coffee/tea & using the kitchen for a breakfast or a snack. Towels are of course included.
tv with dvd-Player. Internet via wifi is also included. Small stereo (with cd-Player, radio & iPhone & iPod/mp3-player-connection).
Some further information:
- 10 min. walk to Marienplatz, Hofbräuhouse und Viktualienmarket
- 5 Min walk to Club New York (the gay club here in Munich)
- many gay bars & restaurants within 5min-walking distance. Cafe Kraftakt and Rubin are around the corner. Good for breakfast.
- the next train station is just a minute to walk. From here it´s just 10 min to the main station & 50 min to the airport)
- the Octoberfest area is just 1 (!) station away. Or 15 min to walk
- you see you can reach the most important sightseeingpoints, bars & shoppingareas just by walking!
