This cozy studio is perfect for 2 people and it's in the heart of Florence. There's a double bed and a kitchenette (fournished for 2 people with gas cookers and a fridge). In the private bathroom there's the sink, the wc and the shower with floor drain.
The studio is part of a bigger flat, in which lives the owner. Anyway the studio has his private entrance and the door connecting the two is locked and covered. So the guests will be fully indipendent.
I live not far from the studio and i can be there in 10 minutes if the guests will have any issue or any problem. I'll try to do my best to make your stay as much comfortable as possible.
The apartment is at the 2nd floor with no elevator.
The city tourist tax should be paid ******** at check-in and is not included. ( 2,50 € per person per night )

The neighborhood is perfect to visit the city, every touristic attraction is very close and you can walk there in few minutes. Furthermore you can reach by walking lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

•The check in is available from 15:00 till 23:00 . i will be myself available for check in . After that time, between 23:00 and 1:00 am there will be an extra cost of 30 Euro for an external person to complete your check in.
•The Check out is anytime before 10:00 am. Just leave the key in the apartment and be sure you collect all your belongings before you close the main door.
• It’s strictly forbidden to smoke in that apartment.
•It’s not allowed to host external persons without authorization and registration.
•It’s absolutely forbidden by the Italian law to make noise or disturb the neighbors after 23:00 . They could call the Police and get you into troubles. Please respect.
•Turn off the Air condition, lights and close the windows when you leave the apartment.
•Notify me any problem as soon as possible(with hot water, electricity, gas etc ...) and i will be there in few minutes.
