Lovely new big apartment located in Porta San Frediano.
Be enchanted by the magnificence of one of the most characteristic areas of Florence "Oltrarno".
The apartment (120sqm) is located on two levels: ground floor and basement.
Ground floor: kitchen / dining area, two double bedrooms, full bathroom.
Both of the bedrooms open onto a courtyard, from one of them passing a glass door it’s possible to get out on the court, an area where bicycles can be parked and where you can smoke.
In the court is available a small table with two chairs in exclusive use of my guests.
Basement: living room with two sofa and with TV 42", double bedroom ( on request I can make two single beds) and full bathroom.

SERVICES:
Heating, air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, two hairdryers.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooker, pitcher with filter for purifying water, toaster, juicer, american coffee-machine, Italian coffee machine, Moka pot.
Towels and bedclothes included.

I will meet you during the check in.
During the check-in I will give you the key of the apartment, a map of Florence and all the informations you need about the apartment that you have rent and the city of Florence (supermarkets, taxi, museums, restaurants, pubs, ice-cream shops, places for shopping etc.).
If during your stay you will need my help, you will be able to contact me by email or phone and it will be a pleasure for me to help you to solve your problems!

as a reminder, my “Booking conditions”:
Check in time : from 15.00 to 20.00 ( For arrival after 20.00 until 22.00 I charge euro 25.00. For arrival from 22.00 to 24.00 I charge euro 45.00 )
Check out time : before 10.30 am.
Final cleaning to be paid on arrival euro 80.00
Utilities to be paid on arrival euro 10.00 per day
Tourism Tax : € 4.00/pax/day ( max.7 days, free chd under 12 )
Baby cot available on request : euro 35.00 per stay
