My apartment is located 8 minutes walk from the underground Station Samariter Straße (U5) and 5 minutes from the S-Bahn station Storkower Straße. The neighbourhood is very safe and residential.
The apartment is 4 years old, has its own small terrace where you can enjoy the sun, a fully equipped kitchen, a big sofa with soundsystem and good wifi.
Two bike are also available to rent, I would need to know if you plan to use them few days in advance so I can settle them up.

At walking distance there is the Boxhagener Platz area with a lot of nice café, restaurants and the famous market during the weekend.

Here some house rules:
- No external guests allowed.
- Smoking is allowed only in the balcony.
- Please respect the neighbours. Keep the noise level down in the staircase, in the apartment and in the courtyard. Parties are not allowed at the flat.
- Please turn off the lights, close the windows and reduce the heating every time you leave the apartment. Lock the doors securely behind you.
- Please inform me about any damages or problems as soon as they occur. It is in both our interests to solve any issues as soon as possible.
- No illegal downloading from internet. Guests take full responsibility for fines and/or court and lawyer fees.
