Public transport facilities are literally accessible from your doorstep, most certainly benefitting the start of your scheduled professional or leisure activities, as we are within walking distance from Brussels shopping district, its historical city centre or all major businesses with easy connections to all major train network.

Pending a daily supplement and availability, R213 has a private parking at your disposal pending a 25€ daily supplement. Long stay rates as of +7 days upon request.
o HOUSEKEEPING:
Notwithstanding the duration of your stay, a weekly housekeeping and linen refreshment service is included and mandatory, this service is scheduled as of the eight day, from Monday to Friday except on Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping and linen refreshment services are available, pending a 24h notice and a 65€ supplement
o LATE CHECK-OUT :
Our default check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Late check-out till 12 noon, is free of charge pending availability and subject to a 24 hours’ notice. Late check-out as of 12 noon to 3 p.m. are subject to availability and a 60 € supplement. For a departure after 3:00 p.m., we advise you to book an additional night subject to availability.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
o SECURITY DEPOSIT: R213 requests a 300€ damage deposit. Upon reservation a link will be forwarded as to settle your security deposit online. The damage deposit is to be settled by credit card, using our online partner site SWIKLY - ******** - a highly secured deposit platform.
Do take note that R213 Residences Botanique has the right to withhold part or the totality of your security deposit for the following reasons:
- In the event of non-payment for consumed additional charges and or fees such as additional housekeeping services, parking, etc.
- General state of cleanliness and conditions of the accommodation following departure
- Any damage caused to the residence, all damages will be professionally assessed and quoted
- Any smoke or fume related damages caused by tobacco, fumes or vapour or any other product or device made for the purpose of smoking.
Subject to an inspection, R213 Residences Botanique will release your security deposit.
o SMOKING IS PROHIBITED: please note that R213 Residences reserves the right to charge you for any smoke, vapour, or fume related damages.
o CHECK-IN: Default check-in times are scheduled between 3 p.m. § 8 p.m.
o CHECK-OUT: Default check-out time is 11 a.m.
o OCCUPANCY: Your reservation is valid for the number of persons mentioned in the reservation, these in turn will have to be registered prior or upon check-in.
o VISITORS: Visitors are welcome, we request however that all visitors leave the premises by 10pm, on the contrary the registered reservation holder may be subject to penalty and possible eviction.
o QUIET HOURS: Out of mutual respect our “quiet” hours are from 10pm to 7am. Notwithstanding the fact that our apartments are insulated, certain sounds and noises may infiltrate neighbouring apartments and may be considered a nuisance. Large gatherings and parties are prohibited and are subject to an immediate eviction.
o PETS: Pets are not permitted
