The home is located in Central Tampa just north of Ybor City (5 min) and Downtown (10 min) and close to the attractions, entertainment, dining, and shopping that Tampa offers and those in nearby cities.
This home is perfect for long term stays or quick trips. Conveniently located near many restaurants, grocery stores, and local attractions. Amenities include

Located in central Tampa, The Ybor House is close to many of Tampa’s business, residential, and entertainment areas. A few minutes away are Ybor City, Downtown, Tampa Heights, and Seminole Heights, among others.
We are conveniently located near many fine restaurants, bars, craft beer breweries, coffee shops and theaters. Downtown attractions include the Florida Aquarium, Sparkman’s Wharf, Water Street, Amalie Arena, Tampa History Center, Tampa Art Museum, Glazier Children’s Museum, historic Tampa Theater, the David A. Straz Jr. Center for the Performing Arts, Riverwalk, Bayshore Blvd, Armature Works and the University of Tampa.
Shopping – groceries, pharmacy, general retail stores are nearby. Hyde Park Village and the International Mall are about a 15-minute drive.
