It is in an historic Hollywood fourplex that I am constantly upgrading :). The master has a queen mattress, lovely views and direct access to the bathroom (which has a 2nd general entrance off the hall). The 2nd bedroom has a low platform bed, and is separated by a wall and solid curtains rather than a door, but the property is big enough that there is still privacy. This property is ideal for 2-4 (there is an extra guest charge for larger groups and requires further discussion). There is laundry in the bathroom, and this unit has its own entrance. There is NO ASSIGNED PARKING but there is available street parking and a permit provided for your use. The property is accessed by about 18 stairs, so it is NOT wheelchair accessible.
