I have a small, cozy 1 bedroom apt in the Lower East Side in Manhattan. I rent out my apartment two ways - as a full on rental during the year when I am traveling, or as a shared situation for those traveling alone and want a safe, clean, cool place to crash while you are checking out NYC. The latter option is good for people looking for cheap place to stay while interning, here on business, or as a place to stay while looking for something more permanent. Remember - it is a small place.
