The Kreuzberg neighborhood and its multicultural landscape will make your Berlin experience simply unforgettable. Just walking a few steps out of the door you will find amazing bars and restaurants, the famous Maybachufer Turkish Market and its incredible flavors, art galleries, parks, and everything else you are looking for.
I'll be glad to give you a few tips about nice corners of town to explore, restaurants and museums.

Görlitzer Banhof (U1), Schönlein Strasse (U8), Kottbusser Tor (U8, U1, busses, night busses) stations are only a few steps away.

I only ask you not to keep the main door open unattended. I have a security door /alarm system which can make my mobile phone go balistic if it suspects somebody breaking in. You will get a 6-digit code to open the door 24/7 .
Heating is controlled by the smart home, but you can choose the temperature you prefer yourself. Kindly consider my gas bill though the prices go insane in Germany right now.
Checkout is easy: You can just leave the key in your room. Kindly make a picture of it send send it to me then.
A professional cleaner will be in the flat every Friday from 3pm till 7pm. Cleaning of your room is included of course. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, just let me know.

You suffer from a compulsive towel usage disorder? NO PROBLEM! Just leave your towels on the floor in the bathroom. Infront of the bathroom are clean ones --> help yourself!
Shower gel, shampoo, self tanning cremes, anti wrinkle pads are in the bathroom. Just help yourself here too!
I have a washing machine and tumble dryer. The washing machine plays "Hoch auf dem gelben Wagen" when it has finished.
It's made by Samsung. I have no idea how a Korean company ended up with a German folk song for this purpose...
