We are a gay couple living in Chicago for 10 years. We’ve lived in a variety of neighborhoods around the city and are familiar with attractions in the area. We offer a quiet home to stay in. We have 2 small friendly and playful dogs though they will be kept separate and as quiet as we can during your stay. Our spacious bedroom offers a queen size bed, fridge, microwave, iron/board, working station, and drawers in the armoire for clothes. You’ll have a private bathroom as well as use of a sitting area with mid century modern recliners. Our condo is located blocks from the lakefront trail for biking & walking. We are a few blocks from a Red line stop. We are also close to many major bus lines with easy commute to downtown. We are a 10 to 15 minute walk to Andersonville with its many local and independent restaurants shops bars and cafés. We are a 15 minute walk or a quick Uber ride to Hollywood gay beach. Check in and out times can be flexible with prior arrangements. Please inquire.

We are just a couple blocks from beautiful Lake Michigan and it’s scenic bike path and walking paths as well as plenty of beaches to choose from. Hollywood beach is known as the gay beach and is often busy and fun throughout the weekends in the summer. We are a short red line commute into Boystown or a short walk to the Andersonville gay bars. Just blocks from the friendliest gay bar in chicago, Big Chicks and a 10 minute walk to SoFo Tap.

read moreAs far as rules we ask for no smoking (this includes pot) in the building and to be respectful of noise levels for neighbors and residents after 10pm. Be sure to pick up extra food and garbage. We ask that no overnight guests other than who is booked to stay and that any visitors follow the house rules above. We have two small dogs to be aware of if allergies are an issue.
