Brixton has a large gay community, is 5 minutes by tube or bus to neighboring suburbs Vauxhall and Clapham Common, both full of Gay bars, gyms, clubs, restaurants, shops and Chariots flagship sauna. Soho, Piccadilly, Leicester Square are all a 15 minute journey by tube depending on where and full of more Gay bars, restaurants, gyms and shops. 5 minutes walk from my home is Brixton Indoor market offering a wonderful choice of award winning restaurants and bars that are always busy with great atmosphere extending all the way from Atlantic Rd to Electric Avenue - ( made famous by Bob Marly) . a few minutes from my home is the Brixton Academy hosting top international recording artists plus a Fitness First Gym and Brixton Recreation Centre with heated pool, gym, squash courts. etc. If you'd prefer a gay gym. I can easily recommend Soho Athletic Gym in Clapham common on the High St or Paris Gym in Vauxhall 2 minutes from tubes.

Anyone that wish's to smoke may do so in the rear garden. Please make yourself at home in the kitchen cooking or make use of the barbecue in the garden if you wish. I love dogs and cats so OK with pets staying as I did have a 2 Oriental cats, "Kitty & Pussy", then a French Bulldog called "Chester" up until late 2017. I know most people want to experience everything London has to offer so would never impose a curfew on anyone. I never invite strangers back to my flat when hosting and hope that my guests would follow suit. Your family or close friends off course would always be welcome. Giving each other prior notice would be appreciated I hope for host and guests alike. Thank you
