location is very close to the most important local activities and the means of transportation to them. It’s walking distance to a couple of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Very short drive to the airport ,downtown, Wynwood, Midtown and south-beach. This area has 24/7 bus services to take you in and out of the south beach, downtown and many other places , also i can provide transportation and orientation service to place u would like to visit ..

• It is expected that we all clean up after ourself when using the kitchen and common areas.
• no place for beautiful pets. no smoking . not ilegal drugs and definitely not weapon or firearm allow
• Guest are staying 5 days and more they have free use of washing machine and dryer during their stay.
• There are security cameras in the building entrance, the corridors. I have CCTV recording camera in my bedroom, but no cameras in any other parts of the apartment or your bedroom or bathroom.
• We respect our neighbours so no unauthorised parties, scandals and fights.
• Any guest must be accompanied by the person with the misterbnb during his visit
