This is Art, and I would love to share this space I have created for guests from all around the World to come and enjoy the beautiful city of Phoenix Arizona! It is a private studio attached to main home in which I currently live in. It has its own private side entrance for maximum privacy. Neutral shades with vibrant bursts of color to balance a great ambiance. Very comfortable and accessible centralized location. Private porch for lounging, or smoking area. I really want to create a relaxing and modern retreat with minimal hassle and all amenities available. Enjoy Arizona's finest international cuisines from Mexican, Greek, Italian, Vietnamese, Thai all within a five-mile radius! Marijuana dispensaries for those who partake (420 Friendly) are found throughout the whole city. Fully equipped kitchen and full-size restroom. Diving pool for summer fun and poolside lounging. The backyard is a truly captivating space for Grilling, lounging, swimming, or just letting your dog out for a run! Newly renovated and extended porch that provides over 42ft of shaded area for fun and parties. Nudists welcome. Queen size bed plus 1 full size inflatable bed available.
